This week's date night was random, but awesome! After a quick trip to Target for some supplies, we headed home for a fun night of... wait for it... sloppy joes, giant ice cream sundays in waffle bowls, and finger painting!!
Yes, you read that right... finger painting! As in, hands covered in paint, decorating paper, just like in pre-school. And it was a blast! :-p Hubby and I each painted a favorite memory of us together. I painted us on safari in South Africa, when we went off-roading in order to find a pride of lions hanging out. We actually got very close to them, because according to the guides they didn't perceive the Landrover as a threat. Hubby's painting was of the time we went biking in San Francisco, over the Golden Gate Bridge. It was an awesome bike ride, but we ended up taking the long path, so by the time we got back, we were exhausted!!
